PURCHASE PROCESS

ORDER RECEIVED
Once your order is complete, you will receive an email indicating that the order is on hold until we confirm that the payment has been received. The purchase details and order number will be included.

ORDER IN PROCESS
As soon as your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is being processed for shipment.

ORDER SHIPPED
You will receive an email once your order has been shipped to your delivery address.

SHIPPING METHOD

  • We work with different courier companies to ship worldwide.

  • Delivery times start 3–4 business days after the order is placed, depending on availability and credit verification, using your preferred shipping method.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages by the shipping companies, or any other issues once your order has been shipped. If problems occur once your package has been shipped, you must file the claim directly with the delivery company selected during your checkout process.

  • If the order is returned by the shipping company due to unsuccessful delivery, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • Depending on the customs laws of the country where the package is delivered, additional tax charges may apply to the shipping cost. We recommend verifying the applicable customs laws in your country with the international shipping company of your choice.
