RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY

APPLIES ONLY TO ORDERS WITHIN THE U.S.

Returns:

We’re sorry to hear you’d like to return an item. If you wish to make a return, you have 15 days from the date of purchase to do so. Please email us at horiaccesorios@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with detailed instructions.

You may choose to receive a store credit for future purchases or request a refund for the returned product amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

We will notify you via email once we receive and process your return. If you choose a refund, the money will be returned through the same payment method used for the purchase. For credit card payments, processing time will depend on your financial institution.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the products are not in good condition, have been used, altered in any way, or if the original tags are missing.


Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your product, you may do so within the first 15 days from the date of purchase. We’ll be happy to assist you.

Please send an email to horiastyle@gmail.com, including your order number and the reason for the exchange. We will send you instructions via email.

Items must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in perfect condition. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached and in perfect condition. Returned packages must include all bags, wraps, boxes, and certificates included in the original packaging.

We will ship your new product as soon as the exchange has been processed in our store. Please allow approximately 7–10 business days from the day we receive your item back in store.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the products are not in good condition, have been used, altered in any way, or if the original tags are missing.

Note: All shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, as well as any price difference on the new product.

We’re sorry, but items purchased outside of the U.S. are not eligible for returns or exchanges. International orders are final sale.
